make space after block smaller

is it possible, either through a setting somewhere or css trickery, to make the space (yellow) before and after a block smaller?

i figured it out is was a css setting i was misunderstanding. thanks for trying to help anyway

I have purchased ‘Newspaper WordPress theme’ purchase code (07fae2b0-8cfd-4428-afa0-0ed8cef23060). Currently, I am working on a WordPress 5.2.0 theme installed on http://cyberworxgroup.com/asiafundnews/. there I am getting “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” Error! Please integrate the theme in the same.
Also, tell what all credentials and rights you must require for the same.
