I have creat pages edit with tagdiv, i use row and add column text, when i edit column text and add shortcode but it not work. Please help me ! Thank you so much

Please make sure that the shortcodes are set in text editor -> https://www.screencast.com/t/G8CxoXqU also please make sure that your plugin that provide the shortcode is working properly with our theme.
