Our site https://bayonline.co.nz, you can see our Featured Images are not filling the frame no matter how big we make the picture files.
Any clue as to what is causing this please?

Hello !
You will have to regenerate your thumbnails. Regenerate Thumbnails allows you to regenerate all thumbnail sizes for one or more images that have been uploaded to your Media Library.
You could simply do this by using a plugin. After you’ve regenerated them de-activate the plugin so you won’t face any issues.
