Unfortunately no.
Envato doesn’t have a switch system. The only way to switch from one to another is to ask for a refund on the Newsmag and then purchase Newspaper. Take note that this process take a few days to be fixed. Here you will find a refund option: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
