I’m trying change the color of the hover in black theme of news 9.
I can’t seem to find the function for it. Should I take a look at the CSS and edit there?

In order to change the colors of your theme you can go to Theme Panel -Theme Colors: And there you can change more of the theme’s color: https://www.screencast.com/t/btaOwCDFy
