The sub footer from theme panel will work only using a default footer template. In order to show the copyright on Fast News demo you need to edit the footer page with tagDiv Composer and set the copyright at the bottom of page, or you can set a default footer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Z6UOAvWyw
The second menu can be change using tagDiv Composer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/SoOUnjhMr edit the home page and click on that menu.

Our website also doesn’t show the copyright, no matter what we tried, including your suggestion above. And when we edit the Footer page in Theme Panel>Footer, the copyright is displayed, but only not on website. Am I missing anything? Thanks!

Please check to see if you are using a footer page, if yes, you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer .
