It is possible to put a banner on the entire screen under the menu. that appears in all the pages, include in the posts?
what files do I have to edit to make it appear?

Hi,
The most simple way, in this case, is to add your desired ad inside a sidebar at the top of it and then you will bring that ad under the main menu. Another alternative would be to edit the theme core file according to your post template used by you and add there such a code for displaying your ad. -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9znm4N4t06zB If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!
