keep header and fotter streached while using background image newspaper

when I am using a background image in my theme the header and footer are abruptly cut from both sides … is there any possible solution that I can keep the header and footer stretched while using background image??

Hi,

That is supposed to happen when a background color or images is set in the theme panel. The website will be boxed, in order to display the background.

However there are settings in the theme panel to stretch the header and footer sections
