Site content will not load in mobile theme viewer– only footer. Pls advise.

Please be a bit more explicit. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme: https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-automatic-optimization-for-mobile-newspaper-theme/

Meaning as I cycle through the 4 screenviews in the tagdiv composer, when I arrive at the last mobile phone icon, all content disappear and I’m left with just a header and footer. Only in this last view, in the other 3 views I see everything.

The version you are setting in the cmoposer is the responsive one but even so your issue should not happen. Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Still happening internally. Externally it will post — like if you go to the site on a phone. But I need to manage the order in which it posts on mobile.
