Virus on website

I found this files in my website.
I use clean wordpress (from hosting) and you theme, what is this?

High Severity Problems:
* Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php.orig
* Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes/functions.php.orig
* Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes/load.php.orig

Hi,

From what I can see these files are related to WordPress not Newspaper theme.
Please make sure that you have the last version of Newspaper theme and WordPress.

it’s because of the theme
I want to get my money back and buy another theme
I don’t want to work on your theme & all the time and write here
I need to use theme but no work on theme
