Custom header looks different on homepage vs catagory or post page.

Hi,

I’m using a custom header. For some strange reason, my header looks different on the homepage vs an article or category page.

https://www.pharmacytimes.com.au/integrated-pharmacies-standing-out-from-the-competition/

On the homepage the date, subhead and logo line-up correctly. However, on the other pages it no longer lines up in a single line.

Any ideas what might be wrong?
