I’am writeing because i’am using version 4.4 and this version its showing description of the categories above the posts lists, but at the version 4.9 at local ¡host don’t show the categories description after the posts list. We also added at category.php this code <?php if (category_description() ) : ?> <div><?php category_description(); ?></div> <?php endif; ?> but it’s not working.
Please need help in order to fix that, basicly for SEO.

At category Global settings We have congigured:
Category Template –> Disable
CATEGORY TOP POSTS STYLE –> Disable
ARTICLE DISPLAY VIEW –> M3
I specify that because with some configurations it appears (the category description) but not with my configuration.

Looks Like it happens (don’t show content) when i activate the tagdiv composer. And i’ts mandatory on that version :-s

The Newsmag theme update brings a change for the theme implementation. When you’ll be updating to the Newsmag 4.9 version, you’ll need to activate the tagDiv Composer to keep the Newsmag theme functionality you’ve previously used.
