Please be more specific, seems that I’m not sure I understand exactly what do you want. Can you show me in some screenshots or something.

If you doesn’t have a featured image for video the theme have a default image thumb, located here: http://screencast.com/t/n5NicFAH
You can replace them with yours if you want.
