Depends on how exactly you want it to look. Maybe it is possible with a cloud header template – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers
Or maybe it is possible to to for a predefined header template using some CSS. Depends on what header template you are using. Post a link to the website, and details about how you want it to be.

In this header style the menu items are aligned on the left, is it even possible to align them right, as you can see on the screenshot?

You could give this code a try, with header style 11 instead – http://prntscr.com/o3ebz7 However this may cause problems in category pages and post pages, by overlapping the breadcrumbs for example. You could use it only in pages, or in the homepage

As it is now it will apply only in the homepage.
The theme has a page template that overlays the whole header over the content, like this
