Hi there, I have recently downloaded and installed the Newsmag theme. I’ve spent hours customising it as I upgraded from a basic WordPress site. However, the layout only works sometimes then it drops out to be unformatted. The website looks fine when I’m logged in on my computer but when I go on my phone or use another browser it doesn’t show thumbnails or anything.
Can someone please help.

This can be a plugin conflict, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also please make sore that all the requirements for Newsmag ar as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/
Please provide some more details and a link where I can inspect this problem.
