Apparently i’m being told that the WP Bakery/Visual Composer plugin isn’t working because an update to the your theme template (tagdiv newsmag). Here is what they said…
“The theme at your end seems to be using some customisation code to modify the page builder.”
Can you please assist – this is kinda urgent. The site was due to go live a couple of days ago.

Thanks for getting back to me.
So basically WP Bakery was working up until a couple of days ago – but now it isn’t.
Basically all the info (page builder elements, content, text etc – i would’ve input is still visible but NOT editable. (see screenshot 1 // https://staging.wasted.ie/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Screen-Shot-1.jpg)
When i click on the >edit elements boxes etc – i just get a blank screen. (see screenshot 2 // https://staging.wasted.ie/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Screen-Shot-2.jpg)
We have set up a staging site so as to test the ongoing issues – please see below details:

I have checked your website setup and I saw that you are using the latest version of WP Bakery 6.0.3 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/IMe9RMpjWB which is not yet tested with our theme, sorry! The WP BAckery version which comes bundled with the theme core files is 6.0.2 and which also return good results. Please roll back to that version, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at it. Please do not post here your credentials because the forum is public and anyone from forums members can access your wp-admin and it’s not safe.
