Vertical Separators

Good morning,

I run a news and opinion website. I want the homepage to resemble a newspaper. I would like to add vertical separators to separate each post from one another. Can you help me with a potential plugin and/or coding, please?

So in order to can help you and provide a good answer we need as many details about the question that you have, also some screenshots or link if this is possible.
Normally, the pages can be edited using the theme builder, tagDiv Composer, with it you can add, remove and edit the blocks -> https://i.imgur.com/iIQV7t3.png also you can set it bet block/row using the css tab -> https://i.imgur.com/WxJQahK.png (I hope this will help).
