When I use Block 14, the overlay only covers part of the image, leaving an ugly trimmed part in the bottom.
Check the right sidebar on this page for example: https://fojo.se/where-we-work/myanmar/
Any ideas why this might happen and how to solve it?

I think that there is something that change the position of the overlay, please try this css -> https://www.screencast.com/t/q13CDvEa

top: 50px;
}
Set the code in Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css
