Yesterday I discovered these three icons in my media library that I did not upload. When I delete them, they keep coming back. No virus on the site was detected so I wonder if anyone knows what this could be? A search for these images did not reveal any source.

Hi,
Those images are from the Newsletter plugin and if this is activate you can not delete them from Media Library because these are/can be set in some pages/posts.
