I will like to redirect logo to post link (because now we use logo banner as promotion).

Hi,
From that section, you can change the source link to your logo. So, if you want to redirect the logo link from the homepage (which is set up by default) you will need to use a plugin for Redirect, like 301 Redirect, as an example.
