hi I have a problem in my them about the compatibility of another plugging some like 3W cache and ad inserter how can resolve this

Hi,
Unfortunately, this plugin is not recommended to be used with our theme because it seems to break our Mobile Theme functionality, sorry! Also, being an untested plugin, please note that we cannot provide support for it, sorry!
