[Recipes demo] – Block header 1 loses the line below the title

I use demo Recipes, but I want to block header 1 back to default shape, what should I do? In this demo template, block header 1 loses the line below the title.

Hi,

You Need to edit the page using tagDiv Composer, click on the block that you want to edit and change the header template -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details and some screenshots if is possible.
