Hi, is there any way possible to have a Video Format post with a self hosted video?
In the post body, I am able to upload a video to my WordPress Media and play it in a block, and I’d love to do the same for the Featured Video. I just don’t want to use YouTube, Vimeo or Facebook for my featured video… I want the featured video to look like the same player as the other videos in my post. My videos are only a minute long.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to use some a self-hosted video, sorry! You can try a plugin with this functionality -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-video-player/ This is just a simple example. We cannot make any recommendation in this case because we do not have made any tests in this case.
