How do I change the size of all images in newspaper theme?

I don’t mean photos in the media.
How can I reduce the images in the text and make them all the same size?
Now the pictures are all original size and look big.
Can you help me?

Hi,

If I understand correctly you want tho set a different dimension for the image that you set in post content, if is so when you add an image you need to set the size -> https://www.screencast.com/t/qBQEVe0eVo or if you are using the Gutenberg editor -> https://www.screencast.com/t/zcsSPOGQu2
