How to add fallback image for post thumbnail? i already find https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-set-a-default-fallback-image-for-wordpress-post-thumbnails/ this i try method 2 but i didn’t find the the_post_thumbnail() function in theme files.

Hi,
If you want to set a placeholder for all posts that do not have set a featured image then please check the option from theme panel -> https://www.screencast.com/t/av5tpVFaEFpu

My version is 9.2.2 in your screenshot i dont have this features how ?

Hi,
Unfortunately, in v9.2.2 there is not this option, you’ll need to find a plugin that can do this, something like this -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/default-featured-image/
