malware bytes is blocking some of the javascript on our site that our Crm uses for tracking. turn off malware bytes.

Hi,

I have checked your site and found all this errors in the console: http://screencast.com/t/dBEc8U8DTXd so please make sure you disable all plugins leaving just Visual Composer active then empty cache/purge files and check again.
Please let me know of what you find!

looks like there’s a new conflict with layered popups. version 1.1 didn’t have this conflict.

Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience! Have you also tried to use the plugin without any other plugins active? You could do this to make sure that this plugins really the blame for this as I have checked this “Layered Pop” plugin and had no problems with it.
