Is there a way to have certain text posts expand to show the full text post like this:

I currently am using Module 8 so it only shows the featured image but for text posts is there a way to show the full post?

hello,
The answer is no, each Module has its own configuration.
You can try finding a freelancer to modify the theme to achieve that.
