I have updated my newspaper theme from version 9.5 to 9.7.3 two days ago. Before update, everything was okay. After update, I have seen my theme panel header top bar layout which was set at style-1, is now working like style-3 (alignment issue) even after still set it at style-1. I have seen that only ‘Style 3’ and ‘Style 1-Multipurpose’ top bar layout is working perfectly, but the other three style is not working as per setting. In all cases, ‘header style’ was set at ‘style 5’. I have not changed any setting in theme panel after update.

Please note that all of the header styles should work as expected, without any problems! I have made some tests with them and it returns good results. I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the Header Style 5 which works as expected. If you are using some untested plugins, please remove all of them, purge CDN files and check the results.

Both Newspaper Theme and Newsmag Theme are supported by the tagDiv team accordingly to the ThemeForest Item Support Policy -> https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy. In summary, the Themeforest policy states that once you purchase the theme, you receive a 6 months customer support period with the possibility to extend the support to 12 months if you need further assistance.
