Hello,

we are using Memberpress plugin with Newspaper theme but there are some issues coming from theme side that Memberpress support shows can you please resolve this on urgent basis. below are the answer from Memberpress support:

“There is an issue with the Newspapers theme and Javascript but once that was put out of scope there was another one that popped up, related to MailChimp’s API firewall.

Here’s the error message from MailChimp’s API:

string(125) “{“type”:”akamai_error_message”,”title”:”akamai_503″,”status”:503,”ref_no”:”Reference Number: 00.268eedcc.1561558191.8c493fe”}”

You’ll need to contact them ASAP and give them this reference number because it tends to expire quickly and ask them to see what’s going on.”

Please resolve this issue asap.

Thanks

Hello,

This can be a plugin conflict!
Unfortunately, we did not tested the Memberpress plugin with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins ( support policy -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/ ).
This is our list with tested plugins with our theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cmPkh9jba4sZ
What you can do is to remove the code for MailChimp’s from your website, clear all cache and try again; notice that the code for MailChimp’s is not coming from our theme.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,

We are not the author of the MailChimp; yes using our Newsletter plugin you can display the MailChimp, but this can be display without that plugin too.
If is not this the problem, then please provide some more details and some screenshots
where I can inspect this issue.

Thank you for your understanding!
