Need to add archives pagination below regular flex box pagination

Hi there.

On website: https://okobserverorg.wpmudev.host/ We’re needing to stack the archives pagination buttons below the flex box pagination buttons so users won’t have to scroll through months of posts.

Hi,

I do not know if this is possible, but if it is, then is possible only with custom work, you’ll need to make some function to get the pagination content from the archive page and set it in flex block element, also those change will be lost after you’ll make a theme update.

Thanks for your reply. Is this a feature that will be added to the theme in the future? I’m sure other theme customers are wondering how to skip large amounts of posts too.

Hi,

Currently as far as I know there aren’t any plans to implement such a functionality. The blocks will have the sorting you set in it their settings while editing the page. Visitors can use the pagination to cycle through posts. Numbered pagination isn’t available for blocks or as an element that can be placed in a page.
You could maybe sort the block by oldest, so it displays old post first. Sorry for the inconvenience.
