Unfortunately this option is not available with Newspaper Theme. You can take a look at this option presented here: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-redirect-users-after-successful-login-in-wordpress/
If you decide to use a plugin for this you will have to keep in mind that is recommended to make a backup of your page just in case of issue. Also due to our support policy we cannot offer support for untested plugins: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
