i need to reorder social icons in top bar and footer, and this is not possible in theme panel, can you help me??

Hello !
Unfortunately this option is not available using the Newspaper Theme ! Maybe you can achieve this usign other social plugins wich can help you achieve this ! Unfortunately we cannot recommend any and also we do no offer support for untested plugins !
