Error when trying to open PDF – The image #1 could not be loaded

Hi.
When trying to click on our media within a post, it’s supposed to open a PDF in a new window, but instead we’re receiving the error: The image #1 could not be loaded

Hi,

That should work while the modal image is set to off. Please check if the general modal image is active in the theme panel – http://prntscr.com/of74xs
Try disabling it if it is active, then check again. Currently there is an issue with that setting, which will be fixed in the coming theme update. Let me know.
