We’re finally looking at taking our site live with this theme and I’ve found that EXPORT and then IMPORT is pretty random about what settings it brings over. I’d guess about 60-70% of the settings come over – the rest can be defaults or something random. It’s pretty weird.
I’m only expecting it to bring the theme’s settings over – nothing else – but that’s what’s not working correctly.

I’ve made some investigation for EXPORT / IMPORT problem and indeed there is a issue, if you want you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look and fix this problem. Include a link to this topic in the email.

I’ve already managed this on my own by manually copying the settings – but if you have an update that fixes this, that would be great as I do need to EXPORT/IMPORT one last time.

If you want to implement the fix in the theme, you’ll need to change two files in the theme core.
First please make sure that you’ve made a full backup you the theme.
You’ll need to change the td_options.php from wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_options.php with this file
and the td_view_import_export_settings.php file from wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/wp-admin/panel/td_view_import_export_settings.php with this file ; this should fix the problem.
