Hello !
In order to edit the block header text you will have to edit them using the tagDiv Composer by simply clicking on them and edit the text you want: https://www.screencast.com/t/WWM2iH9v ; https://www.screencast.com/t/cbuyhy0G
In order to change the Trending Now you will have to go into Theme Panel – Translations and search for the Trending Now word and you will be able to edit it.
