Newsmag not saving

I updated my newsmag on my website to 4.9 with child theme on wordpress 5.2.2 and php 7.0. Now I can’t save anything when I make changes to the Theme Panel. When I click Save Settings it keeps running without saving. Have anyone run into this issue and found a fix?

Hi,

Please check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/ Also, please check if your admin-ajax request is not blocked by your hosting provider.

Hi Catalin,

I checked all the parameters on godaddy hosting and they all match or exceed the specs. As of this morning our site is completely down after updating our site to newsmag 4.9. The website is http://www.insidearabia.com

Hi,

I have checked your website and I saw that you have rolled back at the Newsmag 4.3 and it’s working fine. I propose you to make a new install to another subdomain for testing where you need to install the latest version of the theme and also, only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files. After this, if you encounter some problems with the theme, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at your set up configuration. Also, you need to provide full CPanel access so we can also check the system status parameters.
