Social Counter showing 0 in Facebook Likes

Hi there,

I’ve installed Newspaper and Social Counter on my website at boylesque.markrobbo.net – I’m having trouble getting the social counter working for our facebook page (facebook.com/BoylesqueAustralia). I can get it working using ‘ghhotel’ or ‘envato’ but it just won’t work for Boylesque.

Any ideas?

Hello,
Please delete the plugin tagDiv Social counter and install it again from recommended plugin list or from plugin folder. Try with this username for facebook: BoylesqueAustralia

Plugin didt’t work for me too (Facebook counter). I deleted plugin and installed again but nothing change. I tried your BoylesqueAustralia, didnt work too. 🙂

Hello,
Is something from your facebook page see here: http://graph.facebook.com/BoylesqueAustralia

and check this that work http://graph.facebook.com/tagDiv you will see this return the likes.

I found 2 things that you can try it:

1. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13739609/unsupported-get-request-in-facebook-graph-api
2. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/16644866/facebook-returns-unsupported-get-request-on-some-apps

Interesting. I set up age permission 13+ and now it works. This is a facebook issue I think. Thank you Marius for reply.

Yes , i’d got the same problem and solved it; i ‘ve modified facebook setting about age permission to 13+.
