Usually this happens due to low wp-memory value, try to set it to 256M if possible

In some cases adding the code mentioned at the end of the guide in the htaccess file solved the problem.
In others changing the PHP version to 7.0 or 7.1 worked. It could also be caused by security plugins or security server modules, or file permissions.
If nothing works, we could take a look at it. Send us admin login as well as cPanel at contact@tagdiv.com so we can investigate.

Glad you leave a reply to solve the problem. I have set up everything starting from PHP version to changes in wp-config file. Nothing works in my case.
