Social Counter not updating followers

Hello,

I have installed the theme with all recommended plugins and have been working with it for quite a while now. Everything works great and the theme is awesome, but I recently noticed that the Social Counter plugin is not refreshing the follower numbers in any of the 3 networks that I have placed.

You can check the site in https://planamayor.com.mx and the counter is within any article you read.

I have deleted any cache I have found in my computer and in my website. Any help here will be well appreciated!

Hi,

I have made some tests on my side and the Social Counter seems to works as expected. Please ensure that you are using the latest verso of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate.
