Try to use one of these fonts, they support the specific language sub-sets

Also activate the Vietnamese sub-set in the theme panel – https://prnt.sc/oogtfp

– https://prnt.sc/oogtk7 if this is not working, please try to set a custom fonts in theme panel, you can get the custom fonts from here -> https://fonts.google.com/?subset=vietnamese

Please make sure that you do not have any plugin that provide conflicts, please deactivate all plugins that do not contain the “tagDiv” word in there names, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can update the theme to the last version (v9.8) -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
