I think that you are referring to those messages -> http://prntscr.com/ooh2cl in order to change those you’ll need to go in Theme panel> Translates > -> http://prntscr.com/ooh45p -> http://prntscr.com/ooh32f -> http://prntscr.com/ooh3tr

The issue I am having is that the message sent to newly registered users says that the password would be sent to them, but the mail sent does not contain the password link, instead it only sends them to the login page and they cannot login because they do not have a password.
The Registration page only asked for their username and email address and did not give room to enter their preferred password.
Please what can i do to fix this?

Note he theme does not send/validate the emails, this is covered by WordPress or if the hosting has a service available for mailing, or with a plugin. From what I know WordPress may fail sometimes.
