2 Column Page Layout

I would like to created a new page that has 2 columns and in each column I would like to add a different element into each column. For instance in one of the columns I would like to add a list and in the other column an image. Everytime I try to load a new element it is only one column.

Disregard I figured it out. Had to Add row, then add elements.
