Somebody comes from Newspaper?

Hi everybody. Im thinking buy this theme, now im on newspaper but everytime in my wordpresslife when i changue a theme i lose visits, its like google doesnt like when a blog changue yours theme 😛

Anybody has the same problem? or lose some visits after changue newspaper to Newsmag?

Hi,

It should not be an issue this time as the newsmag theme uses the same method to store views and also the same filed on database.

Google doesn’t care about change of theme; however, the “arrangement” of links can impact views from robots which spider pages based on links around the pages (sides, bottom, etc.).

Also be aware Google is rolling out new versions of Penguin algorithm on a weekly basis in December, and so you may see fluctuations in traffic. It should “stabilize” after a few days.

They are further deprecating sites which are mostly duplicate content; pulled from other sites/sources, or sites which just parrot major sources and or post videos from YouTube without a great amount of ORIGINAL content.
