Hi all,
My first ever post here. Awesome theme by the way. As the title suggests; when I clicked the post I’ve shared on Twitter, the website header displayed the header from the original template, “Newspaper Discover The Art of Publishing, (let’s call this Header 1)” instead of the header that I’ve designed formy website (Header 2). The issue solves itself when I clicked Header 1, the website thus shows Header 2. The click somehow refreshes.
Here’s my website: emakayah.com
here’s my Twitter: https://twitter.com/emakayahdotcom
Best regards,
Adi
Hello !
The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
Unfortunately you cannot have the design you want. If you disable the mobile theme you will have the same layout as on desktop.
Thank you !
Hi Vlad S,
Thanks for the reply, Vlad. Just so you know, this issue only happens when the link is accessed via Twitter on Mobile. Facebook and Instagram work fine on Mobile.
Optimisation aside, but does it have to display the original template in order to optimise my website?
How do I disable the mobile theme? Thanks again for replying.
Best regards,
Adi
Hello !
Sorry for missunderstanding your issue. It appears that you either disabled mobile theme or there was a bug. I have followed the steps you presented and I can’t see a difference between me accesing the page or beign redirected from twitter. Can you provide some screenshots of your issue ?
On our side this looks fine.
Thank you !
