How in the world can I add a new section with the full width of the computer screen?
I’m trying to create a home page with sections that have different background colors. But I seem to be confined to just the pre-determined box width.
For example: I’d love to make a header section with a full-width background picture. Is this impossible with the newsmag theme?

The Newsmag theme has limited width, it is more like a magazine. As opposed to Newspaper which has full width capabilities and multi-purpose elements

I also have a question about Full Screen Width.
I’m also trying to design my index page with newsmag for full width, but I only manage to get the top menu and also footer (by custom css) to work. My news feed inbetween remains like in a box.
Is there any easy way to solve this, or is it Newspaper I should have choosen? I bought this theme 4 months ago and just started using it, if its newspaper I should have choosen, is there any chance I can swap?

@lidlpatrik The Newsmag theme isn’t capable of full width, the content has a fixed width, changing or forcing this fixed width with CSS will damage the content layout (blocks, grids etc).
On the other hand if you would like full width design, Newspaper is the way to go. The rows have settings with stretching settings and more row layouts – https://prnt.sc/oultwe
