I am trying to override few things via child theme but its not working
I tried overriding this “page-pagebuilder-title.php” , I placed this file directly in child theme but its not working ..

May be its not possible to override those templates because I didnt see any reference in your documentation
so please leave that for now as I did it via creating new page template
BUT
according to your documentation –
I should be able to override file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/logo-h1.php
in child theme by making following
Newspaper-child\parts\header\logo-mobile-h1.php
BUT even this is not working
so defintiely something wrong with the theme

Indeed the logo-mobile-h1.php is not working.
We have passed this issue to our developers and there will be a fix in the future.
