Custom Ad's not showin

Hi there,
I am following your guidelines to creating custom Ad’s in my newspaper theme.

Unfortunately when i follow instructions and Ad my code to the theme panel ad space for custom Ad 1
It does not populate and show.

I have looked into your website and found this Ad: https://www.screencast.com/t/xMiNoYU96 Is there a specific page where should I look ? I’ve seen that everything seems to be in order here.

Hi Vlad,
I have removed the custom Ad area for the minute.
What is happening is when i Ad a custom ad location in tagdev editor and populate it with the theme panel, nothing displays in that location.

How can i send you log in details privately to look?
