I’ve used all different types of themes and this one is the first one to change my permalinks on serps for having breadcrumbs displaying. This is something special. I want to have breadcrumbs so my users and google bots can easily identify and navigate the site and for it not to change my permalink on google serps. Honestly i have no idea how this could happened. Please help asap as this has decreased by CTR.

I don’t want to use Yoast SEO since I already use all in one SEO plugin. I want newspaper theme to not mess with my permalink structure. This has to be a bug and I need a proper solution for this.
Is it really possible? Theme can change premalinks without no agreement from admin? Should I start to worry…?
Hi Jumich, the actual permalink isn’t changed, but the way permalinks are displayed in Google’s SERPs is changed by this theme. This also cost me in terms of low CTR. I hope they provide an actual fix for this issue since it would be a deal breaker for me if my organic traffic dips due to low CTR.
Right now, my SERPs just show Sitename>Categoryname for individual blog permalinks.

Also @jacobkoshy333 you can use the plugin you want for seo, but we tested only the SEO Yoast plugin with our theme, therefore if there are some problems between the plugin (
untested plugin ) and theme we can not provide support.

ALL in one SEO plugin has nothing to do with the breadcrumbs display in SERPs, I am talking about the Newspaper theme’s default breadcrumbs functionality which is broken and you’re bound to provide support for this.

The breadcrumbs from your demos are also not showing the title of the blog in SERPs. You can see that the attached screenshot shows your blog post indexed in google here. I don’t have any plugins that could cause this sort of a conflict and this only happened when i switched to newspaper theme.
