I have the same issue with creating a footer and header. Another problem: tagDiv rewrite my Russian translation header and footer from English (by default) to Russian and I have both version of the site in Russian.
Hi! I’ve created a few templates for categories earlier, but now I can’t create anything in tagDiv Composer!!! Just could edit already existed files.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

It doesn’t work. I’ve deactivated all plugins, clear cash. But still have the same problem. I can’t create a Single Post Template for now.
