Why cannot I activate the theme second time with same email address and username?
I purchased the theme twice to have two licenses for two websites but I want to use the same username and email address during the activation process.

I already tried manual activation, this gives error upon clicking submit.
On this page https://tagdiv.com/td_cake/manual.php when I enter details to get tagDiv Activation Key, it gives me the below error. So manual activation is also not working.
Error: dbal->query error
Note: We buy mulitple licences of the theme to use on multiple websites, so I would like the same email address to be used on multiple theme activations.
